What we collect
Your first name, email address, and, if you choose to tell us, whether you are pregnant or have had a baby, a due date or your baby's age, and your postcode area.
Why
To contact you about joining The Motherhood Clinic and, if you tick the box, to invite you to talk to us about what you would want from the service. Some of this (pregnancy) is health information, so we only collect it with your explicit consent.
Lawful basis
Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@motherhood.clinic, and we will delete your details.
How long we keep it
Until we open, or for 24 months, whichever is sooner, unless you become a client.
Who sees it
Only The Motherhood Clinic team. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office ( ico.org.uk).
Feedback form
If you fill in our feedback form, we collect your answers, how you know us, and, if you choose to give them, your name and email address. Name and email are optional for most people. We use your answers only to shape the service. To ask for your answers to be deleted, email info@motherhood.clinic.
